Instead of repeating ecgs so many times get a chest x-ray done and consult a pulmonologist.

Shortness of breath could be due to many reasons besides heart problems. Please visit a physician/pulmonologist and get yourself examined. A good history and clinical examination will give clues to your shortness of breath.
