Shortness of breath
I have not been exercising but I have been very short of breath and dizzy. I have had a heart attack and bilateral pulmonary embolism due to a kidney disease and birth control when I was 14 years old. I have anxiety attacks often. This started out as a panic attack but has not gone away. I have chest pain occasionally. Sometimes it is my left side.

Hi, If you are having shortness of breath and chest pain in left side. You should contact your local physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done. An ECG and 2D echo should be done to evaluate your problem. If it's fine then you should consult a psychiatrist for panic attacks and anxiety disorders.
