Shortness of breath
I am feeling shortness of breath, may be 4 to 5 times in a day. I feel like coughing and when I cough, not able to breath either by mouth or nose this will last for some 5 to 10 seconds . Every night from past 20 days it becomes severe I am not able to breath for 2 to 5 minutes. I have to jump to grasp air with great difficulty. Kindly provide the valuable solution and treatment required.

Why are you waiting for a consult if you are feeling so short of breath. Consult a pulmonologist at earliest to get treated. Looks like asthma to me but needs confirmation.

You should consult aa pulmonologist. Chest x ray ecg and pulmonary function test to be done.to rule out any cardiac or lung problem.
