Shortness of breath after waking up
My mom (74yrs)is suffering from shortness of breath and breathlessness since last 3days in the morning but it is OK during daytime . Her bp 145/80. She already suffered from 2 mild strokes.

Early morning breathlessness could be due to LV dysfunction secondary to strokes , better get card evaluation
