Shortness in yawn
For past few months i have shortness in yawn and yawning is not getting complete. cold also associated with it. Kindly advice what need to be done and which doctor consultation is required.

first u should complete your 7-8 hours of sleep . Avoid junk food, oily and spicy food and don't overeat. eat only when you are hungry. do 30 min of exercise or pranayam daily, regular head massage . and also consult ayurvedic doctor for nasya and shirodhara treatment which is very effective for this because it happens due to low supply of oxygen in blood.
