Respected sir/Madam,
I am having rapid shortness in breathing since last week. While doing high intensity exercises in the morning I am unable to breathe from nose rather breathe through mouth. Also, while having my meals I need to take long breathe . The meals which I used to finish in 10 mins nowadays it's taking almost double time to finish the same meals.
I use to exercise and workout more than half an hour a day.
Is high intensity exercises are suitable for me??
I don't have chest pain.
Earlier, I don't had breathing problems.
Is it due to sudden weather change in my area??
Please solve my issue and suggest some natural home remedy by which I can solve my issue.
