I believe you have tightness in the chest or a sense of not being satisfied when breathing. This can happen either because of actual chest tightness in diseases like Ankylosing spondylitis or because of increased stress & anxiety. Sometimes allergy or mild asthma may also cause a similar feeling. All these are unlikely to show anything in blood tests. A detailed history and physical examination will lead to the diagnosis.
