Breathing issues_Shortness of breath
I am having shortness of breath issue for almost a year. An doctor has asked me to reduce my body weight. At present I am 98.5 kilo, and height is 5'10".All my test came normal. The taste were : 1) Chest x-ray ( 2 months back ) 2) HD Chest CT scan ( 7 months back ) ,2d Echo heart ( 7 months back ).I get this problem : While driving my scooter , wearing a mask,in anxiety (not sure if anxiety causes shortness of breath, although I am overthinker and get hypertensive),sometimes when I am sitting idle causes shortness of breath in me. However there isn't any pain on my chest or abdomen. This was intense few months back, after having Ayurvedic the severity has reduced. While sleeping I don't get any shortness of breath.I never faced this issue earlier. This problem started when first lockdown was imposed.A year back I did ultrasound abdomen and pelvic test, it showed that I have umbilical hernia and fatty liver. A doctor said I get anxiety attack. Why I am getting shortness of breath?
