Short menstrual cycle
Since the past 7-8 months my menstrual cycle has reduced from 4 days to 2 days. Also the periods am getting are irregular. I read somewhere that it might be due to lack of vitamin c, so I increased the Citrus intake. However that is not working.

I can understand your concern.
it could be due to some hormonal disorder/disturbance.
my advise would be that you kindly consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
you will need to undergo some tests also.
