Ht stops growing at this age but cases are reported to have added to ht up to 25 yrs too, rarely. Stretching yoga postures, Soorya namaskar esp, hanging exercises etc are useful with deep breathing and growth herbs. In food cow (desi) milk and curd, butter, buttermilk, ghee are very useful.
