Every once in a while, if I'm chewing or talking and move my head all the way to the left, I get what feels like an electric shock on the left side of my head, going from the top of my eyebrow to the bottom of my neck. This lasts for only a split second. My hearing also goes out for a second.
This only happens a few times a year. It only happens on my left side when turning left. I have not been able to intentionally recreate the issue.
