Head shaking while talking to others

My head and hand sometimes whole body shakes uncontrollably while talking to others,it's affecting my daily life I can't do anything because of this in my life I'm avoiding interviews also because of this Please help me 1.whom to consult? 2.what this problem is? 3.is it curable? I smoke everyday Masturbate occasionally is this causing this problem Please help me
