I am 28yrs old. I have slight pain in left arm n my legs ;hands are shivering from last 15dys. What should i do??

As far as your arm and leg pain is concerned a thorough examination is a prerequisite to find cause of your symptoms. Thus, I would advise you to see me or your nearest orthopaedic surgeon for an evaluation.
