I have internal fever that comes with cold and shivering body and my whole tung colour changed in white I am feeling weakness in my body and I also have two ulcers in my mouth

Fever may occur due to many reasons.. as per your description it might be due to malaria.. typhoid should also be ruled out.. Visit a general physician for proper assessment..
