For few days she forgot her husband and many known people but remember her friends also, From 1 month she and her husband (me) lived together in Mumbai, she always told me that she was not get any pressure from me, I was ignored, now from 5 days she doesn't remember me in physically, mentality she said that she  want to give divorce to me. Hello..the symptoms are more of a  dissociative disorder most likely dissociative amnesia. And it's almost secondary to stressors. She needs further detailed evaluation

Hello Mr. From above issues that u have mentioned ,I feel I am responding to husband of patient. Yours wife age isto too small to attain any memory problems unless she is having: 1. An Acute confusional state ( delirium ) but     this possibility can only be considered in brain     injury, high grade fever, metabolic problems,     seizures disorders and many more to rule out. 2. Anxiety expressed as decrease attention &     concentration leading to poor memory. 3. Pseudodementia 4. Dissociative disorders. 5. Malingering. 6. Personality disorder. 7. Attenuated psychosis. All above disorders are not easy to discuss here , it needs detailed history & mental state examination of ur wife before jumping to any conclusion.

* Detailed evaluation of ur marital life &    interpersonal relationship alongwith assessing    the personality traits of ur wife is very    important. * Marital therapy / couple therapy will be good    in ur case. * Don't argue with ur wife. * Consult any Psychiatrist/Neuropsychiatrist for    the issue ,it will be help you.
