It can be a thyroid related disorders, but that cannot be diagnosed just because of heat intolerance. Is she having other symptoms like diarrhoea, hair fall, palpitations etc?
Ask her to drink plenty if water, atleast 8 glasses per day. Tell her to exercise daily foe around 15-20 mins.. or play outdoor games.
If these don't help, go for a complete blood count and thyroid function tests.
