My 5 and half year old baby girl has been taking cremaffin syrup 5 ml daily at bed time for last 5 months regularly. Is it safe to take further?? She had lymphadenopathy in jan 2022 and constipation.please suggest this syrup can be taken further??? And if she goes to school within 5 to 6 days she got tonsillitis too.

But you should change diet habit of your daughter...
Acute infection in tonsils need proper treatment....that you can take at any pediatrician clinic...
