My friend is a light eater and and does eats much outside... Mostly home cooked food. She has gained quite some weight in last 8 months. She has started eating less and a little bit of walking but weight keeps going up . What could be the problem?

* Start eating in smaller plates.
* Short meals in regular intervals.
*More of water intake.
* 30 minutes walk per day.
* Eat water 30 minutes before every meal
* Avoid water with meals and soon after a meal.
* Before having food , eat one full plate of salad.
* Consume toned and double toned milk instead of full cream.
* Replace unhealthy foods with healthy one.
For eg : instead of donuts, take hot brown bread with chocolate peanut butter.
Use wheat flour whole ( Atta) instead of wheat flour refind ( maida) while making white sauce.
