Sharp pelvic pain while defecating
I am 24yrs old. I have been having sharp pain in a pelvic region during defecation. 1st it started on November 2016 only during my periods.the pain reduced after my periods got over. But since December i have been having the pain whenever i defecate. It doesn't matter if the stool is hard or soft. The location is below the naval, 1 inch above the public hairline. Also during my last period I had severe lower abdomen pain during and after urination. The pain made me dizzy. I used to have only backache during my periods since puberty but since last year I am having stomach pain as well and the pain has been increasing. But I don't have the stomach pain every month.

Please contact your gynaecologist and discuss your problem. You need to do blood tests and a scan to rule out Endometriosis and PID. Perhaps may be a simple urinary infection only....whatever you need to get examined by your gynaecologist.
