Sharp pain turned to itch

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I started getting sharp pain in my back(next to my right shoulder blade) last week which has been bareable but today it has turned in to an irritating itch. I work as a labourer so it may be work related. I would love any advice you could give me on how to treat it as its really affecting my work
