I have sharp pain in my lower back and my side on the right side only I’m thinking could be kidney pain

To rule out urinary stone disease, better to do a plain CT scan of Abdomen and pelvis. Also test urine culture and sensitivity test
Next Steps
try to drink more fluids per day
