I sneezed during a flight today and ever since that I've been noticing a sharp pain on the upper left side of my chest.
The pain does not increase when I take a deep breath but when I cough or sneeze the pain is there in one area.
Is it a muscle strain that will go away or has it caused any damage or hurt my lung?
