Hi. Lately , whenever I am travelling via flight and when the flight starts its landing, I get a sharp pain in my head , ears and even jaw sometimes. The pain gets unbearable. How do I avoid that?

You should use ear plugs which you can use when the flight is going to land.

This is natural. Descent of the plane from high altitudes causes pressure changes in the middle ear through eustachian tube which closes at times leading to middle ear pressure on the ear drum causing severe ear ache and also headache. Vomiting may also occur. Keep your ears plugged with cotton and keep sipping small volumes of water during this time, which through your throat can prevent blocking of ETube.
