Sharp, localised back pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Since yesterday evening I have had sharp back pain in between my shoulder blades. It feels like it has to do with the vertebrae, not muscles. It hurts every time I take a breath. I was not doing any manual labor or anything when it started.
