Enlarged lymph node doesn't signify that you have cancer. Mostly because of infection. start oral antibiotics.

Usually lymphnodes larger/ equal to 2cm are considered significant. Unlikely to be cancer. Most likely you have some source of infection/ inflammation in the area that drains into the lymphnode area. Anyway you can start a course of antibiotics. Nothing to be stressed about as of now.
