Shallow Breathing
I feel heaviness in my chest while breathing , it leads to suffocation. Yawning help to ease but the shallow breathing continues. I've also observed a little swelling on my neck in the centre right below my collar bone. I also suffer from occasional nausea and vomiting usually when iI am having a bad neck pain.

Your complaints are complex and does not straight forward suggest anything. Possibilities could be some gastric problems if I just forget that small swelling. I advise you to get an ultrasound of the swelling done along with a chest Xray and consult again with reports uploaded. Thanks.
