  4. SGPT level is high. Please advice.

SGPT level is high
Hello doctor, My husband has been found with higher SGPT levels during his blood test and told he has Fatty lever. 84 U/L is the SGPT level. Please advice.

Give rest to your liver by fasting. Stop processed carbs and sugar. Eat only two meals a day. Take supplements of glutathione and milk thistle. Let me if further help required
