SGPT issues
My SGPT is 61, but my bilirubin is 0.74.The doctor says it's clinically fine. Should I consult another doctor he is right ?

Your doctor is right. SGPT or ALT level of 61 is completely normal. Though if you look at the reference ranges given by labs they will mention upper limit as 40. But investigations are always read with clinical context in mind A level of 61 is completely fine. Not to worry
