You need to consult your obstetrician. some blood investigations are needed to find out the cause. It can be due to pregnancy related medical conditions like Anemia, cholestasis, hemolysis, also evaluation to rule out hepatitis is needed.
Any complaints like itching all over the body specially palms and soles? yellowish discoloration of urine?
