SGPT and SGOT is slightly high and Triglycerides level is borderline high as per Dr Lal path. For Triglycerides no medications required as such just ask her to take fat free diet. Avoid oily spicy smoked and deep fried food Avoid maida products Avoid Aerated Drinks Regular exercise atleast for 30 minutes Take plenty of fluids Regularise sleep for 6 hours. And for SGOT and SGPT you can give Liveril syrup: 10ml once daily after meal for 1 month. In case of any query consult under Practo.
