Hi,
It's because of fatty liver that sgot SGPT are mildly raised.
As you are quite young, you can bring it down to normal just with life style modification.
You should make low calorie diet plan and do regular exercise.
A detailed history may help in finding out the cause of weight gain. Accordingly further investigation is required to find its cause.
