SGOT and SGPT levels high
Hi, i have diagnosed with high SGOT and SGPT levels. Almost double from acceptable range. The situation is almost same from past 6 months. I take himalaya's liv 52 medicine sometimes but that is it. I try to avoid junk food and deep fried food. But no major improvement can be seen in reports. What should i do ? What else should i avoid in food and what can i include in my diet to lower the levels?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to understand that when we talk about liver function test, we don't just consider sgot and sgpt. There are other parameters also. Also, we need to know the value. Don't say almost double and all. Doesn't make any sense. If you have proper questions to post, then welcome. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
