I recently had a health check-up and it that report AST/SGOT value is 49 and ALT/SGPT value is 56. As per the report these values are high. Is there anything I should worry about? How can I get it to normal?
FYI: I drink beer once or twice a month.

The significant values are three times normal..so these are not significantly high. But do watch your weight, adopt a healthy lifestyle and avoid junk or fatty foods.
