Sexually transmitted diseases
Mam i am having burning sensation in urine as well parts near by. And little pain also in pelvic area and vaginal area. I had done my urine routine test today and the pus cell are highly increased they are 119 and bacteria is present. And i have regular sex with my partner without the use of condom. So is there any chances of sexually transmitted diseases or infection.

Urine routine report suggest urinary tract infection. But if you also have discharge or itching in perineal region, you need to consult a Gynecologist in person for examination to rule out genital infection. Also get urine culture test done to confirm infection and antibiotic sensitivity.
Next Steps
Consult Gynecologist Urine test culture & sensitivity
Health Tips
Plenty of fluids Use condoms (protection against infection) Avoid using any cream/Razor/products on private parts.
