It seems to be premature ejaculation due to hypersensitivity of the nerves and muscles of the penis. Past history of masturbation can affect the sexual life. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Based on your description, it appears that you may be experiencing premature ejaculation (PE) rather than a problem with fertility. Since you and your wife have already conceived naturally and have a child, this is reassuring and indicates that your reproductive function is intact. The fact that: Sometimes you ejaculate very quickly with touching or at the beginning of intercourse. Sometimes ejaculation occurs during intercourse, but you are still able to continue intercourse afterward. At other times, if ejaculation occurs before penetration, you are unable to continue. This pattern can occur due to increased penile sensitivity, excitement, variable ejaculation control, or psychological factors. The symptoms may fluctuate from one sexual encounter to another, and this is quite common. Masturbation in the past is not the cause of your current problem.

A consultation with a sexologist  is recommended for proper evaluation and treatment. Behavioral techniques, pelvic floor exercises, and medications can be very effective. Avoid self-medication and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
