Hello, its unfortunate , but your wife can take progesterone pills (ipills ) with in 72 hours ,if you couples had intercourse in safe period ,then there is no chance of pregnancy but to be safer side give her emergency contraceptive pills . Chance of failure with pill is 1% . if she misses regular menses check for Urine pregnancy test.
