Sexual dysfunction premature ejalucation
I am suffering from sexual dysfunction and premature ejalucation for last 5 years. I am male 41 years. In my earlier days i had mastrubated a lot . Before mrg i had having great sex with my wife. After mrg and after our child we did not have that much sex. I did not have diabetics did not have blood presure drinks once on 6 months neither i smoke or use tabaco.i consulted a doc online and he advised me nano leo tavelts twice daily fir 1 month after food and duro plus twice a week half an hour before food and sex after 2 hrs. In between i used manforce 50 abd after that manforce 100. Sometime it worked sometime not. Plz advice
