Sexual abstinence
I am on sexual abstinence. But after 2 weeks when I was pooping.. One type of thicky substance get out of genital and i got very depressed bcz I started it for a spiritual reason... I just talk to some girl of my class but that was not sexual... Plus I saw some pics of lady yoga teachers. Is my vow broken? Thank you
