I am suffering from red rashes on my penis top... Try to cure it with coconut oil but it made no difference. Kindly help

Hi there...are those rashes itchy or burning or painful. Because there many causes for such rashes like balanoposthitis, herpes, fixed drug eruption, chancroid, irritant contact dermatitis. Is there any history of sexual exposure, topic application or drug intact. You will need a good cliniccal examination. Kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
