If you do not feel like having sex whether you are pregnant or not you have the right to say no. No one can force you. not even your husband.
if you are worried because you are pregnant please be assured that if your pregnancy is normal and you have never had bleeding it is OK to have sex if you want to. You can encourage your husband to be gentle and loving and I'm sure if he is understanding he will agree.
Please take advice from your obstetrician before proceeding.
