Thank you for your question. My understanding of your query is that you want to know if masturbating everyday or having sex everyday or several times a day is harmful. Masturbation is good for your sexual health. It is safe, avoids sexually transmitted infections and helps to improve mood, self esteem and confidence if done with the right mindset. If you rush or feel anxious or guilty you are setting yourself up for future sexual problems. Having sex everyday is not harmful nor is having sex several times a day. It is important to practice safe sex. If you have multiple partners or your partner has other partners be sure to use condoms with every sexual act including vaginal, oral and anal sex. Be aware that several sexually transmitted infections other than HIV can be just as harmful and difficult to eradicate. Make sure you get tested every six months and get vaccinated against Hepatitis B If masturbation or sex is used to overcome deep psychological problems it can become addictive. Withdrawal can cause problems. When it is a compulsion and no longer gives pleasure it is time to get professional help. Sex is supposed to be fun, relaxing, energising and exciting too. Masturbation is meant to be relaxing, pleasurable and self affirming. If it is not then help is needed. hope this answers your query
