Sex drive and Pre ejaculation. And also!

Respected sir/madam, I am a government employees and my working time is 9.30 am to 8.30 pm.i got married 2 months. after marriage we are residing together and making love 4-5 times in a week but am not able to satisfy my wife on bed, I also feel pre ejaculate less than 2 minute.she  wants more drive from  me but i don't able to do, according to her feelings and  behaviour she is not getting sexual satisfaction.as of now I am very much confused how to make her happy and established happy married life.while making love she used to insist me for oral sex and foreplay but I hesitate to do much due to hygiene. So kindly advise me how to increase my sex drive and also regarding oral sex , whether we have to indulge in this if yes then what are precautions and how much we have to do . please guide me what are the diets and exercise .
