Severely cracked lips.

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have severe cracked lips which started with both the lips. After consulting a local dermatologist and following the medication, lips turned normal. However after a couple of weeks the condition was reversed. Followed up with the same dermatologist but of no use. This condition has been on and off for more than a couple of months. Currently lower lip and skin between lower lip and chin is cracked and lightly swollen. Below are the medicines prescribed by the dermatologist: Azee tablets (antibiotics?), Levocit tablets, HH Omega tablets, Fucidic cream with Dermadew alovera cream.

If facilities are available, a pus culture and sensitivity will reveal the bug and the antibiotic its susceptible to. Do you have repeated herpetic infections on the lips?
