TABLET MONTUK LC( ANTIALLERGIC) ONE AT NIGHT. FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUIDS LIKE VEGETABLES SOUP TOMATO SOUP, MILK TEA, COFFEE ETC. LIGHT DIET. O.K BYE.
