Severe vitamin d deficiency
I have a deficiency of vitamin d which is severe with 4ng/ml and my calcium is 9.97mg/dl. And I have been asked to take 60k iu per week (uprise d3 60k) is this enuf or do I need to take any supplements like vitamin K2 and magnesium to aid d3 absorption. I have taken for 2 weeks but my energy levels are still down have a backache too with muscle pain. I don't take any other medications. Please suggest!
