Severe upper right abdomen pain 2 months

Hi My friend(44years) is having this extremely severe prickly needle pain in her upper right abdomen from 2 months. She got an ultrasound , blood test , endoscopy done,slight enlargement in liver,which doctor told is negligible. But her pain is increasing day by day. She cannot stay a moment without holding her hand on the stomach, because of the unbearable pain,it's from morning to night.night time she gets sleep because of some medications.please somebody help,how to identify what's the issue.

Hi she needs further evaluation , a physical examination . She would require a C.T SCAN OF ABDOMEN TO RULE OUT Pathology related with large bowel / liver / biliary channel.
