I suddenly developed severe toothache and excruciating pain on gums supporting the two lower frontal tooth.The doc punched the tooth and extracted puss which he told has been caused by injury (i have no cavities).he suggested RCT. Its still continuously paining despite anti biotics and painkillers. im taking ketorol as prescribed but no relief.

You are saying that Doctor has already suggested RCT , pain does not relieve by taking medication , necessary treatment has to be done , I advise to follow up your dentist to get rid of pain
