I am facing severe tingling pain in leg at in leg . When I tried to walk after sleep. No. Ack pain. During day time I feel relaxed and do daily activities. Is it SCIATICA or vitamin B12 DEFICIENCY? Kya mujhe neurologist ko dikhana chaiye
