Severe Swelling in feet and and palm
From past 6 months my mother (age 65) is experiencing severe pain in her feet and palm. She is not able to move her hand and walk smoothly.
Her ESR is 37 and RA is positive.

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
