Severe sore throat
My girlfriend is experiencing a severe sore throat, a bad cough and a runny nose. She can't even talk and when she does it's very painful.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can ask her to take a tab. Mahacef-plus twice a day after food for 3 days compulsory.
Salt water gargles thrice a day after food.
Tab. Monticope-a once a day in the night.
Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
